Choosing an Appropriate Exhibition Stand

Posted by:  Eventish   |

For all of us who spend days, weeks, months and even years getting ready for various events, there’s nothing that feels better than having it turn out a success.  From small to medium events, sometimes the pressure is even that much more intense because the audience is a targeted group rather than a huge mess of random attendees.  That’s why it’s important to know exactly what kind of exhibition display stands are appropriate for these small to medium sized events.

With many options to choose from, here are some of the most popular and effective choices that event planners are raving about:

Brochure Stands are simple, and by far the most inexpensive option for achieving a professional looking display.  They come in a variety of styles, including ones that hold business cards, brochures, fliers and catalogues.

Hanging Displays are an excellent choice for large venues.  They range in price, anywhere from $20 and up.  The colors, styles and sizes are endless with hanging displays.  Even if the ceilings are high, various companies now sell podiums, poles and props for the hanging display to rest on.

Display Stands are ideal for entrances, lobbies and hallways that don’t get a lot of traffic.  They’re more for catching the attention of passers-by and are extremely durable for repeated use.

Banner Stands are lightweight and extremely easy to transport.  Since they come in lots of colors, sizes and styles to choose from, it is a simple choice for people not looking for something elaborate.

Pop-up Stands are the more modern approach to getting peoples’ attention.  They can be simple or elaborate in design, and they can also be very expensive depending on the intricacies.  Pop-up stands are great if you have a lot of space to fill, and/or a lot of information to present.

When deciding on which exhibition display option, keep in mind the type of message you’re trying to send, along with the kinds of people you’ll be targeting.  You’ll also need to consider whether you want to invest in an expensive display, or you just need something for every once in awhile.

The best event planner knows their options, so hopefully these considerations help ease the event planning process.  Let us know what you think!
